Contributing to Olympic Values Through Interpretation

During the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, I volunteered as a security interpreter at the PyeongChang Phoenix Park venue, supporting events such as snowboarding and mogul skiing. My role involved delivering accurate and friendly interpretation to help visitors fully enjoy the Olympics and create lasting memories of the event.

Inspired by the Olympic Spirit

I deeply resonate with the Olympic values of peace and unity, which motivated me to apply as a volunteer. Recognizing that communication is my strength, I chose to contribute through interpretation. Over the course of two weeks, I lived on-site, dedicating my time to a cause I truly value. The experience was fulfilling, as it allowed me to share my skills for something meaningful while embracing the spirit of collaboration and harmony.
