Designing for Connection at the Seoul Design Festival

Invited by Hongik University, I exhibited a smart speaker prototype featuring a virtual companion plant, designed to support young adults dealing with "COVID blues." The project aimed to address the emotional challenges of living in difficult conditions during the pandemic.

A First Step into Public Display

This exhibition marked my first opportunity to showcase a design, moving beyond research into engaging with the public. It was a valuable experience that challenged me to think deeply about creating designs that resonate with people and foster a sense of empathy and connection.
